This 12 session program is your kickstart to reaching your natural weight by giving up dieting forever. You will learn a new way to interact with food, your body, and your mind, ultimately setting the pathway to your optimal weight. End the dieting, food restriction, overindulging, worrying about the number on the scale, counting calories, points or macros, and beating yourself up for not being able to stick with your “diet.”

This Course Will Include

  • The problem with “dieting” and why diets don’t work (Hint……there’s nothing wrong with you!)
  • Exploring weight ideals and where they came from
  • Learning and healing the root problem(s) of your challenge with food and weight
  • Skills for tuning in and trusting your body cues for hunger and fullness
  • An understanding how you use the 4 types of hunger and determining the changes you want to make
  • Strategies that will support you when you find yourself wanting to eat from emotion
  • Shifting from a dieter’s mindset to an intuitive eater’s mindset
  • Self discovery that will not only influence your eating habits, but habits in all areas of your life.
